A long-vacant property in North Hill will be the site of a 25-unit townhouse development.
On Thursday, the Architectural Review Board approved the conceptual plan for the development called Covington Place and authorized the demolition of the vacant motel on the site between West Cervantes and West Strong streets and along North Baylen Street.
