A 28-unit luxury townhouse development located in North Hill at the corner of Cervantes and Baylen Streets. Now selling final phase. Building A, consisting of five units, is complete and sold. Building F, consisting of three units, is complete and sold. Construction on Building B, containing four units, has an estimated completion and closing in December 2022. Building G, consisting of three units. Construction completion is estimated to be April 2023. It is anticipated that the amenity area will be completed in April of 2023. The remaining 16 units, clustered in three buildings, will be constructed and closed in 2023. The residences are priced from $544,600 to $750,000. Residences at Romana

Consists of 13 single-family residences located on Romana St. between D and E Streets. The units have a garage and a garage apartment (ADU). The Cottage Collection is a series of urban infill projects in downtown Pensacola that started along the Government Street and Intendencia Steet corridors in 2015.
